The reception team was helpful. Guest relations were cute and friendly. Communications via WhatsApp were easy and fast. Cleaning services were professional. Restaurant staff and morning workers who served breakfast were accessible and excellent. I found the beach services excellent.

The water boiler was old.

The beach features very comfortable sunbeds that give enough privacy. The gym includes comprehensive equipment. Breakfast offers a good choice of high-quality food. The hotel staff provided service exceeding expectations.

Getting things done seemed very difficult at times. I found it to be a bit of an issue . I hope they will consider making improvements.

The hotel location is directly on the beach. A short promenade walk provides access to other restaurants and bars. The walk felt safe and offered nice views of the surrounding area.

The room was clean and always well-kept. Breakfast tasted excellent. The pool was fabulous and the staff proved friendly. I found awesome service and a superb experience overall. Truly nice.

There was a slight issue with sound insulation. I could hear noise from the hallway at times.

An okay hotel

The staff prepared breakfast boxes for our early ferry to Kos. They included tasty sandwiches, coffee, pancakes with Nutella, and strawberries. The concierge staff was attentive. They ordered taxis and greeted me upon my return.

The hotel is quite loud, especially at night. Stray dogs barked all night, and young people partied until very late. Cleaning wasn't done until 5 pm or later. They did not replenish the mini bar or change the pool towels.
